THERE IS NOTHING TO CONFIGURE

The « Information to ask for » tab was removed on 6 July 2026. It was not replaced by another screen: it was made unnecessary.

Your assistant takes the contact details of the person writing on its own and qualifies the request. It is not an option you can forget to tick: it is an engine rule, the same for every house.

WHAT IT NOTES

The contact first: a name, an email address, and other contact details if your trade asks for them. Then what makes the request: what they are after, for when, and the details specific to your trade.

The shape of the sheet is the one for your trade, set when your account was created. You have neither to choose it nor to maintain it.

WHERE TO READ IT

Two places, depending on the moment:

WHILE YOU TRY IT — in « Try my assistant », the sheet fills in next to the conversation, with every message you write.
AFTER AN EMAIL — in the « Email » window, by opening the exchange, « Data » tab.

Frequently asked questions

CAN I ADD A FIELD OF MY OWN?

Not from the portal today. Write to us with what you want asked: the shape of the sheet is set per trade, and we can adjust it for your house.

IS THE DATA SAVED ON ITS OWN?

Yes, with every message received. When your address book is connected, it goes there too; someone who has asked for their data to be erased is never recreated there.
