Invoices

WHERE TO FIND YOUR INVOICES

In "Settings", open "Billing": your invoices are listed in the "Invoices" block.

This block is reserved for the owner and the administrators of the workspace; a member sees the notice "Reserved for administrators".

WHEN AN INVOICE IS ISSUED

Your invoices are issued by Stripe, our payment provider, every month, according to your usage. They are paid automatically with the card set as default (see "Card payment").

Until an invoice has been issued, the block says so: your invoices appear there after your first billable month.

WHAT THE TABLE SHOWS

The table lists your most recent invoices. For each one, it shows:

• The date
• The invoice number
• The amount
• The status: "Paid", "Pending", "Draft", "Canceled" or "Uncollectible"
• The link to the invoice itself

DOWNLOADING AN INVOICE

The "Download" link opens the invoice as a PDF. When there is no PDF, the "View invoice" link opens its online page at Stripe.

When an invoice for your usage is paid, a confirmation email is sent to the workspace owner's address. It states the period and the amount and, when they are available, the invoice number and a link to it.
