ONE ESTABLISHMENT, ONE ASSISTANT

An establishment is a complete, closed space: its assistant, its Knowledge, its mailbox and its exchanges, its address book, its public website.

NOTHING PASSES FROM ONE TO THE OTHER

The isolation is not a filter laid over a screen: it is held by the database itself, which refuses a read outside your establishment even if the program asked for it.

Each establishment also has its own search space: a sheet from one cannot feed an answer from the other.

WHAT BELONGS TO IT

Everything, in practice:

• The assistant's name and availability
• The Knowledge and its search space
• The connected mailbox and the history of its exchanges
• The address book
• The public website, its scan page and its domain name
• Its members
• Its billing

ONE ACCOUNT, ONE ESTABLISHMENT

An account owns a single establishment. You can, however, be invited into someone else's: a selector then appears in « Settings », « Information » tab, to switch from one to the other.

To bring a colleague into your establishment, invite them by email from the « Members » tab, with a role.
